How to pointly(from point to point) trough the scene change the level of the original sound. I am a "converted user of Pinnacle studio" wich supports the kind of setting. So i dont know how to do it in PRO X4 and if its even possible ? Or maybe i mus change back to Pinnacle Studio and forgot Magix ?? Did i miss somethin in User Manuals ?

Hi,

You have missed a lot. What you can do with audio in Magix products far exceeds anything that Pinnacle Studio can do.

Firstly, get the audio from the video on separate tracks if not already done. Right-click on the Video object, select audio and then Video/audio on separate tracks, or something like that (Ctrl+H). Mine is set up to do this autiomatically.

Right-click on the audio part and select Create waveform display (Shift+E), if it doesn't show up automatically. Then right-click again and select Volume curve (Ctrl+Shift+V).

Zoom in vertically on the audio track. You can now key-frame on the audio track. You can now add points to the curve and move them to adjust the sound level.

I am using VPX6 and assuming that the shortcuts are the same as X4.
