On Movie Edit Pro 15 go to the following at the top of the screen:

Online/Youtube/Upload Current Movie as video

It may work for under Movie Edit Pro 15 but Im not sure

I don't recommend uploading your videos directly from the Movie Edit Pro interface.  From my experience, it tends to render my videos at a much lower quality that what I find acceptible for that.

Instead, export your videos in a WMV or MPG format.  YouTube now supports full HD videos, so you can crank it all the way up to 1440x1080 if you want, but I usually do 1280x720.

After you've exported your video (taking note what folder you exported it to), use your web browser to log onto YouTube and click the upload button from there.  Then browse to the folder where you saved your video and upload it.

If you have any more questions about this process, please be sure to ask, and be very specific about your questions.  We need all the help we can get!
