how to find and download mpeg4 codec

I purchased MEP15 and cannot find how to download the mpeg4 codec that they advertized as included free. Help menu does NOT have a place to ge this. I have emailed but have not gotten an answer in clear english.

Hi,

in the PLUS version the code is included. You do not have to download it. What happened and what do you want to do with it? At the point you need the code it will be unlocked automatically - all you need to do is to register the product before and make sure that you have an internet conncetion. I use MEP plus since the release in Germany some month ago and used it to create H264 videos without any problem....
