How to extract sound from the video

Is there an easy way to extract a sound file from the video in Movie Pro 14? I tried to go to the Timeline mode and play with the sound track, but couldn't find the option of separating the sound from the movie.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Go to File > Export movie and you can choose between Audio as MP3 or WAV !
