how to download soundpools to a netbook with no dvd/cd player

I have soundpools 16 & 17, they load correctly on one of my pc's but the other a netbook it does no dot, can anyone help me with the info to so.

Are we to understand you cannot load the soundpools because your netbook does not have an optical drive (CD/DVD)?

It seems to me the best option is to purchase a wireless router and set up a home network. Then, you can access and transfer information between your PC and your netbook.

What are the specs on your netbook? Is is capable of properly running an application such as MMM?
