How to convert .wma or .wav Files into MP3 format?

How to convert *.wma or *.wav Files into MP3 format?
I have prchased MAGIX MP3 maker 12 and trying to convert WMA or WAV files into MP3 format; but cvannot find the option in software.

I opened these files and "Export" ed into MP3 format using proper options. ALthough the new target folder I designated in the dialogue box is created, no new MP3 files are created.
I do not get any Error either.

ANy help on how to convert music files into MP3?

fairly simple to change to mp3 by doing a little tweek, first Right-click on your file and save file as then just put into the box MP3, This has worked many times for me. Other wise you may need to get a conversion program, If so go to HTTP://www.downloads.CNET.com and search for audio conversion software.
