It is really interesting I was trying to do screwed music on MMM 16 Premium when I read your question.
Chopped and screwed music was created by DJ Screw in the early 1990s and what you have written is right.

Can we use MMM 16 Premium(I use Premium version)for this funny task.
I have composed two version one is the original and then funny one.
In the second funny part I have just reversed the vocal it sound like German then in other instruments I slowed tempo to 70 from 90 BPM. I did not use any effects yet as it is an experiment only.

After posting answer to you I will post it in Knowledge and Community.
