How to change profile thumbnail image?

How does one alter the profile thumbnail - I see no button for this?

Hi,
You must first get to your profile page - either by clicking the profile link in the quick access section on the right of this screen or clicking the my overview link at the top right; then choosing the gold 'edit profile' button.

Then simply click the upload avatar and browse to the image you want.
