How to change from PAL to NTSC ?

I use MEP 14 Plus, and record in SD and edit in PAL. Now I want to burn and send a DVD from a concert to a NTSC-country. To be played on an ordinary DVD-player. How to convert ?
Is it sufficient to change to "NTSC" under (Y) Program Settings > Video/Audio ? And under (E) Movie Settings change to "NTSC 16:9 720x480 29.97 fps" ?
Or do I need another program for the conversion. I have a program downloaded, "PAL-NTSC setup_bazemp.exe", but have not experimented with it.
Any answer or proposal would be valuable, thanks in advance.

I answer myself. When burning in MEP, I changed to NTSC under Advanced MPEG Settings and it seem to work. GSPOT told me it was a NTSC-disk, but I have no chance to try it on a NTSC-TV.
