how to censor and uncensor someone faces in movie edit pro 14

i want to censor a man faces in my video but i don´t how to do it, i heard you can do it in sony vegas but i don´t have it.

The effect you are after is called a magnetic effect inside the Movie Edit Pro 14 program, I am not sure if it is in the standard program, but I do know it is available in the Plus version. Attached is a video that shows how it's done.
