how to add a text box to a DVD menu

I am trying to add a text box to a DVD menu template. I don't see the option on the Arrangement row or when I click on the menu properties.

Is that what you intend to do?

Click the upper left button (in German=Gestaltung), then the picture above will show up, left click in the red frame to open it for text editing and enter Your Title. Then the text could be moved to a position you like...

Answer to your additional question:Under this item there is only one text box with one or more lines. You could also create your menu with an external program, which might be more flexible for your needs.

Definitely my final answer:Video Software and Photo Editors have many tools that can do a lot, but they are no robots that would read your thoughts.
Join a training or you might find some helpful books that will give you an introduction.
