Hi

We need more information:

Computer specification - see this topic for the details required and please quote the processor and graphics card make /model in full.

Free space on the hard drive(s) ie the C: drive and the drive you are exporting to if there is a second drive and whether internal or a USB drive

Try the export again and note the Movie time in the export dialog that the export hangs at, what is on the timeline at that time plus/minus 10 seconds, eg change from video clip to image, transition, object with effect etc? A screen shot zoomed in on that section may help.
