the answer is: you cannot. The Website Maker is totally flash based. You can import the complete flash website to a HTML frame / website (e.g. to use it on myspace.com), but you cannot import HTML into flash. If you want to use HTML within this product, you have to do it on a new page, meaning you open via link a new browser window showing HTML only (e.g. a popup).
To use HTML and Flash in a website design, you need a more flexible and open system, e.g. a web editor like the Magix Web Designer or Dreamweaver from Adobe. If you need such a flexible construct, I would definitly recommend to use HTML as basic design platform....

UPDATE:
I heared that there will be an update of the Website Maker this week....and than you can use HTML code inside a Website Maker page. I heared it from some guy that really should know it. I was surprised and look curious to the next days...

I also heard that insertion of html code will be possible in the future.
Not with the next update this week but more in november.
