How does one activate MPEG-2 functionality on MAGIX Photostory Deluxe 2015 version 14.0.2.51

When trying burn a disc using the old DVD format, I get an error stating that my download of the MPEG-2 formatting add-on cannot be downloaded and I must contact Magix.  How do I reach Magix?

I am on Windows 10.  This happens everytime I try to burn a regular DVD.  I have a Dell Computer.

I am using MAGIX Photostory Deluxe 2015 version 14.0.2.51.

Hi

There may be an issue with Photostory connecting to the required servers. Check that the following protocols are turned on in Internet Explorer, Internet options, Advanced tab

If this fails then:

Was Windows 10 an upgrade from Windows 7 or 8?

Was Photostory installed before the upgrade to Windows 10?

Is yes to both then you may need to reinstall Photostory using this procedure to get the MPEG 2 codec downloaded and installed correctly.
