Hi there,

When you're in "Edit" mode, just use the built-in file browser in the upper right-hand part of the screen to locate the desired MP3 file on your hard drive and drag & drop it from there down into your arranger. You should ideally be in timeline mode for this, so you can position and drop the audio file exactly where you want it.
