How do you make both headphones record?

On the Magix Rock Edition, when I try to record only the left headphone is picking any sound up, this maybe caused by my computer but as far as I can see it isnt. Is there a way of correcting this problem?

Hi,

If you do a record with a mono microphone, you get only a mono record which is stored by default on the left track if the recording option is stereo.

Select advanced and select mono. The record will have only one track, played in the center. After you can pan it right, left or where you want.

I'm having the same problem. And when I click "Record Audio" then "advanced" then "mono recording" and then record something, the playback is nothing but static. Help!
