How do you install Movie pro 15 plus on windows7 it stops @ 94%?

My computer which is brand new and operates Windows 7 is 2.1GHZ dual processor 4GB HD will only load Movie pro 15 plus till it reaches 94% and then the whole thing freezes. How do I solve this issue?

Similar issue in Vista; start the program by right click and "Run as Administrator" fixed the issue.
