How do you get sound in order to edit?

I have just bought Movie edit pro 15. I can get sound to play on my video clips when it plays in the top screen but as soon as I move it into the timeline to edit it, I have no sound. How do I fix this?

Hi, check that you haven't muted the audio track by accident or turned down the volume of that track see the "M" in the screen grab below if it has a white background its muted.
