how do you edit out cuss words in a song?

I have a song that say lots of bad words and am looking on how i can edit it all out if you know how plz get back asap

the question is if you have the vocals on a separate track... then you could cut out those cuss words and replace them with any noise effect that you like... the boring "beep" or like sometimes used in hiphop tracks... you reverse the "bad part"...
