how do you edit a film

If I let the recording of a VHS tape runn long past the end and have 200 or more blank frames to remove, is there a quick way to remove them all at once or do i have to delete them one by one as I have been doing?

Hello Zambiali,

there is a very quick way to remove unwanted sections. Make sure that in the Edit window you are in timeline mode, place the cursor at the start of the section you wish to edit, and depress the letter ´T` on your keyboard. You would need to repeat the procedure if the section you wish to remove is not at the end of a film.

Now mark the section you wish to remove, and press delete. That should do it.
