How do you activate Video Easy if you can't get the Serial number form to do it?

I have a kaiser baas DVD Maker and it has a program Video Easy which is from Magix. I used the serial number off the back of the dvd maker and it was accepted, but now I realise that it should have been off the Video Easy installment disc. Now I can't use the program. Please help me...

Hi shoppinglady, actually it can't accept the wrong serial number. It would have told you so, and presumably they are substantially different. It would not have stopped you using the program either. Not really sure what you've done, but try uninstalling video easy, under control panel, i.e. properly, and do a reinstall. This time use the correct serial number. Hopefully that will do it.
