how do you access the soundpools for magix mm free download

have downloaded magix mm trial version, no soundpools present though, its telling me the database is empty and I need to insert a magix soundpool medium. what's going on? are there no sounds that come with the download? tried 'help' icon has option to upgrade program/functions with a further link to accessing synthesizer and soundpackets but nothing happens when I try it.

Hello,
I work with MMM basic edition and I think it is maybe similar to yours. When you open the software it should open a window where it includes the option to download the soundpools, but since it seems that it is not working with you, what you have to do is to click on the top of MMM, on the left side, where it says "help" and then you'll see near to the option "check for updates", the option "download bonus soundpool"; you click on it (of course you have to be connected to Internet) and then you choose the soundpools you want. Be sure to download them directly to MMM to be easier to be found.
