how do plasce the audio track back in timeline

After I edit the audio track, how do place the edited audio track back in the timeline and know that the sound will be in sync with the video ?

In the time-line right click on the video track and click on the "create frame table" choice at the top of the menu. This will take some time to process but it will sync your audio and video.
