how do i turn a fram in a video clip into a photo or picture?

I have a video clip where i want to take single flame out of that video so that they would become photos. How do i do that?

In movie edit pro, you will use the time line mode in the edit tap, you then load your video, put the play line on the frame you want as a single jpg or bmp, then go to the file drop down menu, export movie, and in there will be a export as single jpg or bmp.
