How do I transfer my domain moweryrobots.name from Magix to Godaddy?

Godaddy told me I must have the authorization code to transfer my domain moweryrobots.name from Magix. But I have been unable to email Magix, fax Magix, or call Magix because Magix email does not work, Magix fax number does not work, and Magix telephone number does not work. According to a post I just read on this same topic, Magix said I don't need the authorization code. Godaddy and every other hosting provider says I do need the authorization code. That's the way it works. I realize that Magix does not want to lose a customer because it means losing money but lying about the authorization code is not right. So, how do I contact Magix and get the authorization code so I can transfer my domain moweryrobots.name to Godaddy?

Hi

. . . . According to a post I just read on this same topic, Magix said I don't need the authorization code . . .

If you are referring to this post I have updated it, having just done the same for another domain name - not a Magix one!

Apologies for any confusion caused by my original answer.

John
