I suppose you could transfer your motion video material from After Effects into Music Maker, if it's in a suitable format, but how would you want to "sync" it with a Music Maker arrangement? Syncing implies that two components somehow belong together or that there's some kind of semantic correlation between the two. I have a rough idea of what you might want to accomplish, but the computer doesn't understand the intended correlation between your video and audio and how you want them to interact. You have to manually arrange that.
