How do I submit "SOLVED" when questions are answereed.

It is not very clear on your web page how and where to submit this satisfactory response.

Hi,

When we post a question under that we got View Answer Status Open Delete question etc but when we get answer we got option on same place to change from status OPEN to SOLVED.

Usually Magix administrator send a message like this (using message to me)
as you can see they do provide link, therefore it is easy to open and scroll down and mark as SOLVED.
