How do I set up my Magix movies on dvd 7?

I have trouble with installing my Magix programe unto my pc. When I insert the disc and click the set up button,nothing happens.How can I get the disc to instal?

Hi,

Sounds like the installation is possibly clashing with something. Make sure your system meets the requirements of the software. Try an installation in Windows "safe mode". This should get you around potential conflicts. To get into the Windows safe mode, as the computer is booting, keep tapping the "F8" key which will bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu". Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.

Maybe you can test the installation on a different computer, just to confirm the disc is OK. Beyond this, you might want to contact Magix tech support for more help or a new disc.
