How do I save my video on Edit Pro 14 for youtube?

First of all, I don't know how to save a video to like WMV, and then post it on youtube. I don't want to make a DVD or CD! I just want a video for my PC like the ones you make with Windows Movie Maker. Anyone know how?

If you click on file (top left of screen) then drop down to "export movie" I usually export movie as "Windows media export" it does take a while depending on which screen resolution you choose. The higher the resolution the longer it takes.
