i recently got samplitude music studio 16, and call me a fool but i cant for the life of me work out how to record on it-whenever i press record, nothing happens. i have tried going through the line out on my bass amp into both the mic and line in ports on the computer, and through usb, and still nothing happens- the best i can achieve is getting it to start recording, but not picking up on my actual playing. any help would be much appreciated
