Hi there,

If you have problems interfacing YouTube directly through the program, just proceed as outlined below. Only takes a few mouse clicks more and is essentially the manual reproduction of what the program does when using the direct YouTube upload feature.

After you've finished your project and you're satisfied with the results, go to the "File" menu of Movie Edit Pro, proceed to the "Export movie" sub menu and Windows Media export (= WMV) as your output format. Use a suitable preset (Pocket PC might be a good idea) and save the WMV file to a location on your hard drive where you will find it again. Now go to www.youtube.com, sign into your YouTube account, choose the video upload option and choose the WMV file you've created in Movie Edit Pro for upload.

By the way, several video file formats/codecs are suitable for a YouTube upload with good results. WMV is generally very compatible and works fine on YouTube. However, AVI files with DivX codec would be another good option. YouTube has some documentation about suitable formats on their site.

I hope this helps.
