How do I put a my personal form on my website?

i want to put in a my personal form in my website. how i can do it? standard forms of magix net aren't appropriate for my website. can i modify standard forms? how?

At the moment you are not able to edit the standard forms or create your own. What is it you are wanting to do? There may be some form of workaround someone can come up with.
