how do i overlap two pieces of music samples?

i'm using magix music editor 3 and i have recorded myself singing. However i want the backing track in the background how do i do this?

Music Editor is an editing tool for Magix Music Maker. If I am not wrong you should use Music Maker. In the Music Maker (whatever version you got) there are tracks, put your work in track 1 and 2(or you could use more tracks). Adjust volume or add effects. You can also mute each track or could use Solo. Play around a little and you will get what you want.
