How do I make one secen brighter without affecting the whole movi

How do I make just one scene brighter, without affecting the rest of the movie. I have scene that is a litle dark and wish to make only that scene brighter? I have tried to save the movie and then restore the brightness indicator to the normal position, but the scene I have adjusted returns to being dark. I am using Magix Movie Edit Pro 15

I know that things have been changed from 14 to 15. In MEP 14+ I mark the videoscene and press Shift+X, then I come to Video cleaning, to adjust Brightness, Color etc. Try my shortcut. That function must be 'hidden' some odd place in MEP 15.
