How do I import scenes from DVD to Movie Edit Pro 15?

I just recieved my Movie Edit Pro 15 as an early Christmas present and I've spent over an hour trying to figure out how to get scenes from a DVD on to the program. I'm trying to make a sort of music video type of thing. I got the music on finally, but struggling with getting the scenes up from the DVD. Anyone know how?

You can try to play the segment of the DVD on a player and hook up the player to the computer. Use the record function of Movie Edit Pro. Use the analog record option. After you capture the DVD you can save the file. You can then add it to your project. Hope this helps.

I use MEP 14+, and just copy the .VOB-files to the harddisk. Then I find them in an Explorer or Mediapool in MEP and drag them down to Timeline, for cutting/editing. It is very simple !
