how do i get soundpols??

My soundpool folder is completely empty, and there are no instruments or styles at all. i tried downloading a content pack but nothing happened. help!

Which version are you using? I had this problem with MM15. You have to download ALL the content packs, in order, and install them all, in order, before you even open MM. Make sure you are out of MM while you are downloading/installing.

This takes a long time but should work fine.
