I don't know if you would want loops and samples, but if you do i just got Mayhem of Loops in combination with UVI Workstation and it's a great VST plugin. You have to pay for Mayhem of Loops (and there are many other soundpools you can get with it too, you use the soundpools in UVI Workstation) but UVI Workstation is totally free. @ ultimatesoundbank.com and has a few loops that come with it.
