how do i freeze frame or screen capture so i can stop the video at any time and make that frame into a photo

While you are inside the editor... Bring the red arrow to the frame that you want to capture a picture of... (So it is showing on the little monitor inside the editor) Then click file... Then when the little white page comes up with options... You will see, EXPORT MOVIE AS...

Another little page will come up...

Near the bottome you will see export as Jpeg, or bmp, etc,etc... Just click that...

And you are on your way...

Be sure to save your file as...

PICTURE1

or picture 2

etc...

That's it...
