Not sure what your requirements for a small business template are and what subscription type/rate you're using, but if I open my Website Maker, go into the menu, pick the "New" option to start a new website and get the selection screen with the different template options, there are a bunch of templates that could be used or modified to be used for a business website. If you're willling to invest a little more time, you could also customize a lot to make the website meet your requirements.
