I assume you're referring to the possibility of Movie Edit Pro (14 Plus) to create disc image files in the disc authoring/burning process, instead of actually burning to a physical medium. I'm afraid this is not supported for VCD/SVCD. Only for higher spec mediums (e.g. DVD) will you be able to choose the "Image Recorder" as the destination drive. You can repeatedly burn your SVCD project without always having to re-encode it, though. You will just have to reload the project file and iniate the burning process again. The program will offer you the possibility to re-use the already encoded SVCD image files on your hard drive. If you dead set on obtaining an image file for a SVCD-based project, you might just have to burn the project to SVCD and use another program to extract an image file from the CD again.
