How do I create a slideshow with pictures from my computer? In the manual it tells me to click on "File, then Edit, then Wizards", there is no option for edit or wizards by clicking on "file". How do I find the Slideshow Maker Option?

Follow these steps in MEP16 and and open your picture files under Import. It is quite easy to use!
