How do I add Subtitles to a video that actually shows what the person is saying on Movie Edit Pro?

I have a video where the person talking is not audible to everyone that has heard it. How do I put subtitles below each statement that the person makes in the video? It has got to be easier than copy and pasting each seperate frame.

I am looking for something that will fade in and out like you see on TV

Thanks for any help

P.S. This is for Photostory on DVD not Movie edit Pro, however I do have both programs so if one is easier than the other please share

Hi,

Use MEP add a subtitle and type your description of what you want people to see. If the audio is really annoying because it is too low, just delete that track.
