How do I activate the input signal from my audio processor into my Magix Studio 2015 ?

I have finally reached what would be the closet setting to zero latency, I can jam along with my tunes just fine but when I go to lay down a new lead solo theres no signal input going into my Magix Music Studio 2015. I am not going MIDI....and I'm not using a USB (it wouldn't work at all using USB ) Actually there is a signal when I normalize the track and crank everything up to max I get a massive white noise ans way back in the distance I can barely jear the new track..and not like my old Magix Audio Studio 2004 a recording graph doesn't show up after I clicked Recording OK.....

  1. Computer specification
     
  2. Windows version - if 10 was this an upgrade from 7or 8 or a clean install
     
  3.  What is your 'audio processor'

    . . . . I am not going MIDI....and I'm not using a USB (it wouldn't work at all using USB ) . . . .
     
  4. How is it connected to the computer - through the audio input on the soundcard?
     
  5. What settings are you using to record from the 'audio processor'?

also...asio/WASAPI settings 512..16 bit format...object buffer4096..manual monitoring
