You need to go into program settings and go to the folders tab and select to add another vst folder then navigate to the folder where the massive vst dll file is then it will work through MM 17

thanks for the contibution, still cant seem to get it to work through music maker though, when i click on the add vst plug in path the massive NI folders are empty and therefore nothing to add, could it be because its only a demo version of massive?

Note: some vst plugins may not work in music maker. Read details below:

Question is how did you install massive NI? did you put dll files inside Music Maker's vst folder?

Sometime vst plugins are standalone and will install if we click on installation file. During installation it may ask  where to install vst plugins and should be inside vst folder of Music maker.

If it is not standalone then have to put DLL files inside the VST folder of MMM 17 manually.

The vst plugins folder could be on different location according to windows operating system.  Such as in my Windows Vista it is located at (Hidden Files) Program Data/Magix/Magix Music Maker 16 Premium. The good thing for Premium version is vst adding button. I think this is not available in standard version.
