There are different ways to go about this. After importing the audio file into your Music Studio arranger track, right-click on it and find the following options in the context menu: "Realtime Effects" => "Object Resampling / Timestretching". This will bring the resampling/pitch-shifting/time-stretching dialog. There's also a special pitch-shift/time-stretch mouse mode. Once it's activated, you can manipulate the speed by using the end handle to shorten/extend, and thus speed up/slow down, the object and the center handle to raise or lower the pitch.
