What kind of HD you are talking about? AVCHD, mp4? 1920p 1920i, 1440p, 1280p, 1280i....?
To watch this kind of video on our PC you don't need VDL. You only need a Player.
To work on this video you need a really fast PC and the newest Version ov VDL.
Alternative you can convert the videos in a easier format.
