How can I view the effects that are on each specific video in my

I am trying to do the same effect that I have on another video, and I can't figure out what is on it to copy it. Is there a way to find that out?

Select the scene with the video effect that you want to apply to another scene.
Right-click that scene and go to Video Effects > Store Video Effects.
All effects will now be stored in User Video Effects.
Got to the scene where you want to apply this effect, highlight it, right-click and go to Video Effects > Load Video Effects.
Select the effect recently stored and it will be applied the the scene.
