How can I rename a group of photo with numers in sequence

photos whose name are 001-toto, 002-Toto, 003-Toto become:
230-fra, 231-fra, 232-fra
This in one order.
Give the beginning of sequence and the variable part

Hi!
what I do: (Windows XP Pro 64 bit)
in your folder, select all the photos (Ctrl+A).
With mouse, right click on the title of the first photo, and select "rename 001-fra".
It's done.
You can always try !!!
