How can I open my document ?

I open my program as usual and when I try to open my document named Rock134.MMM I receive the following message:

 

The file format of

C:BLA.BLA.BLA.Rock134.MMM

can not be read by Magix Music Maker.

 

Please ensure that the affected drive is not full or

write-protected.

 

If you don not have have read or write access to this path,

please contact the administrator.

 

PLEASE HELP ME. THANK YOU.

Hi,

 

Even if you are using special edition of Music Maker I guess usage will be same like normal Music Maker. And sorry often we get such messages.

You can try to solve this problem as follows:

Go and open your Project Rock134.mmm but with care

File/Load Project(this is what I do in MMM 16 Premium) when you see the window

Right bottom you will see or not

File Name:Rock134.mmm click on it try to open if you can not then LOOK at right file extension Arrangements (*mmm) Click here and change to all files. If you are lucky you must got BAK extension file. Music Maker often save that. Click All files and browse Rock134.BAK, open it and resave. Everything will be normal.

 

In case of such problem never delete your Trash,cookies and internet history. Keep everything as it is unless you get your file back.

Thank you nihon94, I opened Rock134.BAK extension file and resaved as you told me. Everything is normal.
