How can I make a trance song?

Hi, I'm considering buying this product but have some questions. I have read/viewed a lot of tutorials and think I understand the basics...

First off, I need a loop, correct? If yes, then what do I click to access some sort of keyboard I can use my computer keyboard to hit notes and get a basic beat. Then if I remember from the videos, I can stretch that object to be as long as I want (repeating that loop).

What else can I do to add to that one object so that it becomes more dynamic?

Once I have the loop, do I just keep adding objects on the timeline until something sounds good or what?

Hi,

Not excatly as you are thinking it is very easy. Before I explain I would like to suggest as follows:

If you are a professional and your budget is good get Samplitude by Magix.

If you like me new to music making but want to use easy software, then go for Music Maker 16 and if you can buy, the best one is Music Maker 16 Premium.

The best feature in it is Song Maker, just click some buttons and song will be ready for editing and polishing.

In Music Maker 16, there are few Styles but in Music Maker 16 Premium there are more and features and better.

Therefore, before you decide think what for you need software, compare the features, before you buy ask questions here then buy.

Now about making music read these tutorial which will give you some hints.

These are some of my tutorial that will guide you.

Finally, no doubt there are Soundpool available in Music Maker to use in making music. But you can also buy more later.

For polishing your song or music there are various tools available which are very good.

I suggest first try the above then come back and ask question.

Wish you success.

Thank you

Thank you for the links/advice.

Here is a sample of the song I want to make: http://www.last.fm/music/DJ+TwistedJ/Untitled+Album/Demo+track

(just click play directly) by the way, I'm in NO way promoting my page, I could care less about it. It's really the only quick way I could find to host/share songs.

Before I get harsh comments, please note that's my first attempt at making/remixing ANYTHING...I know I suck lol.

And this was all done in the MIDI editor alone.

Hi,

It is very interesting, nice work. Never worry about harsh comments. If you will play safe you can not hit home run right. By mistakes we learn.

Thank you
